With this setup, my snake flying toon can dish out over 900 DPS (970 with a couple of Ogres), 132k EHP (defence), 78km drone range, 90k targeting range etc. and it's cap stable. That said, I did not take the Pulsar buffs/de-buffs into consideration here. I have a VNI in a hangar atm but I find that it doesn't really kill rats as fast as I thought It would.
