WebFitbit Charge 4 not receiving text notifications I bought my mum a Fitbit Charge 4 and it’s great except it won’t receive text notifications. Every other notification shows up. I made sure Do Not Disturb or the Sleep Mode was off. I force quit the Fitbit app and relaunched it. Turned Bluetooth off and on.
