WebJul 25, 2024 · This is where swoop is absolutely hands down the worst ever. Do not fly with them. Swoop will not answer phones or emails. If your flight is cancelled they will leave you hanging for days. There fleet is too small if there is ever a hick up with one or more of there planes. Not worth the savings.
